Terms and Conditions – Infinity Photobooth Services

Booking and Payment:

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure our services for your event.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date.
Payments can be made via [payment methods accepted].

Service Hours:

The photobooth package includes [1] hours of operational time, which comprises setup and breakdown.
Setup and breakdown times, totaling 30 minutes each, are built into the overall service hours.

Cancellation Policy:

The booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations made [4] days or less before the event will require payment of the full-service fee.

Event Details:

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate event details, including venue address, date, and time.
Any changes to the event details must be communicated to us in writing at least [7] days before the event.

Set-Up and Breakdown:

We require access to the venue for set-up at least [number] hours before the event.
Breakdown will occur promptly after the agreed-upon service period.
Guest Conduct:

The client is responsible for ensuring that all guests using the photo booth do so in a respectful and appropriate manner.

Our staff will operate the photo booth throughout the agreed-upon service period.
Technical issues will be addressed promptly to minimize disruption.

Image Usage:

Infinity Photobooth reserves the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by the client.

Privacy and Data Protection:

Infinity Photobooth complies with relevant data protection laws.
Client and guest data will be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties without consent.

Force Majeure:

Infinity Photobooth is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

Liability:

Infinity Photobooth is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

By engaging Infinity Photobooth for photobooth services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any additional agreements or modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
